This very solid and well-stated Zin is serious offering of considerable substance and fruity depth. Full and ever so slightly supple in texture with manageable tannins and ample fruit working to buffer its minor finishing heat, it is built to last without being so rough-hewn as to dissuade near-term drinking with the rustic braises and stews to which Amador Zins have such proven affinity.
