2019 Big Hat

A blend of estate-grown Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Alicante Bouschet. Dark in color, it has scents of ripe blackberries and raspberries. In the mouth, this is a big wine with long lasting mouthfeel. Our Big Hat has flavors of blackberry and plum with a mild oakiness. The finish has the earthiness of Petite Sirah with mild black pepper from the Zinfandel. This is a great companion with any grilled food, especially beef and lamb.
