Zinfandel Sparkling

Zinfandel Sparkling

Our still Zinfandel Rosé made into a sparkling wine! We used the traditional champagne method to make it bubbly, so this is a dry and refreshing wine that's perfect for appetizers or a spinach salad.

2016 Henry's House Zinfandel

2016 Henry's House Zinfandel

This vineyard is named for one Amador's early settlers, Henry Modani, who broke ground and completed his home in 1920. Located on a northern exposure and at a slightly higher elevation, red soils and gentle morning sun create a unique Amador microclimate. This combination leads to a brightness and lively acidity complemented by black cobbler fruits with undertones of raspberry and elegant tannin stucture.
