Lamb

Deaver lamb is free range and is full of mouthwatering flavors, you will be reluctant to share such a delicacy with your friends and family. 

Our lamb is sold by the half or whole. Please see below for the details.

A half lamb includes:
  • 1 boneless leg roast
  • 2 frenched racks (4 chops each)
  • 6 shoulder chops (2 packs, 3 chops per pack)
  • 4 loin chops
  • Spareribs (Denver cut)
  • 2 shanks
  • 1 boneless shoulder roast

Half lambs are $14.00 per pound. The typical weight is about 13.8 pounds. 

A whole lamb includes:
  • 2 boneless leg roasts
  • 4 frenched racks (4 chops each)
  • 12 shoulder chops (4 packs, 3 chops per pack)
  • 8 loin chops
  • 2 Spareribs (Denver cut)
  • 4 shanks
  • 2 boneless shoulder roasts

Whole lambs are $12.00 per pound. The typical weight is about 28 pounds. 

Each cut is individually vacuum-packed, labeled and frozen.
