Shipping Information
Wine is a perishable commodity and does not like extremes of temperature. Hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We time our wine club shipments to minimize these risks. Deaver Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Sales tax is automatically calculated for California residents and will be included in your order total.
NOTICE REGARDING ALL OUT-OF-STATE WINE SHIPMENTS: Sales tax is required for out-of-state wine sales and varies from county to county within each state. Therefore, the proper sales tax will be determined before shipping and added to the total payment due prior to charging your credit card.

- Non-wine gift items can be shipped anywhere in the Continental United States.
- We can ship wine to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI.
- We can not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Deaver's Wine must be shipped to, and received by, an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult signature is required. Shipping costs include signature fee.

- AZ, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, WA: 1-3 bottles: $22.00; 4-6 bottles: $30.00,; 7-12 bottles: $37.00

Non-Wine/Gift Items
Non-wine/gift items can be shipped anywhere in the Continental United States, and will be shipped via ground. Shipping rates are based upon weight.
