Sparkling Brut

Deaver's Sparkling Brut is made using the traditional Champagne method. This gives us a sparkling wine with a beautiful light gold color and copious small, creamy bubbles. It has aromas of pear and apple with hints of yeast. On the palate, the flavors of pear and apple are backed with a light citrus note. Its crisp and refreshing character is a wonderful accompaniment with charcuterie plates and stuffed mushrooms.
